indulging in long-awaited-for cupcakes

leisurely sipping on frothy cappucinos,
and relishing each other's company

taking to the water
with the extended family
for a cruise around toronto's harbourfront

brushing up on our pool skills

realizing my life-long dream
of watching aretha franklin perform
less than a hundred feet away in concert
(i still can't believe it!!)
